Mindfulness Sessions

Guided meditation sessions are usually conducted every Wednesday, From 5:00 PM onwards. The Meditation will be guided by Venerable Amitha, the senior meditation instructor at our monastery. The meditation session will last for about 40 to 50 minutes. After the Mindfulness session, a Dhamma Discussion will be held. 

If you wish to attend our weekend mindfulness sessions, please inquire about attending. The meditation is conducted free of charge. If you would like to donate, please visit this page.

Note: The Wednesday mindfulness session is currently on hold due to the holidays. It will resume in the second week of May 2024.
